Integrations

Lumen integration planning starts early enough that procurement does not stall after a successful pilot.

Integration goals​

The initial integration story focuses on:

  • roster or candidate import
  • assessment metadata sync
  • external ID mapping
  • approved final result export
  • status and failure visibility

External IDs​

Institutional systems usually own candidate, course, exam, and result identifiers. Lumen maps its internal records to those external IDs rather than requiring a parallel identity model.

Result handoff​

Result handoff happens only after review completion. Exports include enough context for reconciliation in the target SIS or ERP system.

Pilot path​

A pilot can begin with controlled manual import/export, then move toward system integration after value and trust are proven.
